Indoor Furniture
Our indoor furniture warranty applies to all furniture that we build, so long that it is kept inside.
We say that our furniture is "built to last generations", so we back that up with a lifetime warranty. At the time of purchase, the warranty can be registered to an individual or couple. That warranty will be honored for their entire life.
Lifetime Warranty Coverage
Our indoor furniture is warrantied against defects in craftsmanship for life. This exclusively covers defects in joinery and construction that may lead to instability, joint separation, and/or failure.
What is Not Covered
Our warranty does not cover any issues related to misuse, damage, UV exposure, or improper moving.
This includes:
- surface wear (scratching, denting)
- color change due to UV exposure
- joint instability or failure due to improper use or moving
Expected wear and tear, and mechanical components such as drawer glides are not covered.
